Last week Apple announced the release of their new iPod nano range. They have went back to the original design of the iPod nano and have added some cool new features. You can give it a shake to shuffle your music, turn it on its side and flip through albums with Cover Flow and it's available in 8GB and 16GB.

They have also released the new iPod touch which has an extremely welcome new additional feature... a built in speaker!! So you can listen to the touch without ear phones. It also has a longer battery life, volume buttons on the side and it is somewhat thinner than the original.
The other change they have made but make less noise about is to the iPod classic range. They are narrowing down the option to just one model. Instead of offering 80GB and 160GB they now offer one in the middle - 120GB. There advertising slogan is one size fits all. Time will tell what consumers reaction will be to this.
Thanks!
Thanks for explaining this. I couldn't work out why none of the sites were selling the 80GB or 160GB. I thought Apple has messed up the forecasts and ran out of stock. Not so sure I like having less choice, but not much a customer can do!
