There are bound to have been a few people who ask themselves the question is Justin Timberlake Michael Jackson in disguise? Ok, so not that literally, but there is an uncanny resemblance between Timberlake's music and dancing to the self claimed King of Pop Michael Jackson.
Timberlake's first video released was for hit single 'Like I love you' and the first thing you see is JT standing on the street with a hat and glove on. He then flips in a backward turn throws one of his legs behind the other and pulls out his arm. The only thing that was missing was a "He-he!"
In JT's second album there is a direct reference to Michael Jackson when Timberland says "like Michael Jackson" and Timberlake sings "How you do it this way". The most recent song Love Stoned is full of ‘Aoows’ and the video for it looks like a modern version of Michael’s Jackson’s song Rock With You.
I am surprised this has not been picked up on by more people and when Timberlake was asked what inspired him in his album I was a bit disappointed that he did not make any reference to Michael. It is without question that Michael has led a troubled life but what can also never be questioned is his God given talent to produce fantastic music and dance moves that others would never even dream about.

In many people's view Michael Jackson the performer is the King of Pop, albums such as Thriller still sound fresh today and if you watch some of his concert footage i.e. his Dangerous tour in Bucharest you can see that he was so much ahead of his time and it is unbeleivable that the concert took place almost 15 years ago. It is a pity that his personal life became such a mess, this has since tainted many peoples' views of him. There is still no denying his talent.
Justin Timberlake has now taken Michael's mantle, taken his style of music, dancing, performance and he has modernised all of it. The effect is fantastic! Maybe if Michaels' personal life had been a bit less controversial Justin would feel more at ease in confessing who is inspiration really is.
